Lunch and Tour
These tours of local organizations, businesses and non-profits help us learn more about the Grand Valley and expand our knowledge of our community. Sometimes the location is in an adjoining community or outside Mesa County.
After the tour we meet at a nearby local restaurant for lunch.
The tour coordinator will make reservations at a nearby restaurant for lunch after the tour. You may opt out of lunch, but you must tell the coordinator whether you will join the group for lunch.
Some locations can handle as many as thirty people, but usually groups are limited to under twenty. Reservations are taken for a lunch and tour at the Newcomers meeting immediately before the tour. If you do not attend the meeting, you may email the coordinator to reserve a spot or to be put on a waiting list.
